It is that wonderful time of year again.  And we will be happy to be on your Thanksgiving table this year. 
Sunday is our last West Reading Farmer’s Market for the 2012 season.  Here is what we will have for the last market day and below are some fun ideas of how to incorporate our vegetables into your holiday meal.
·      Lettuce – Butterhead and Romaine
·      Arugula
·      Spicy Salad Mix
·      Salad Mix
·      Mustard Greens – Spicy or Mild
·      Beets- Red, Golden or Chioggia ( Candy Striped )
·      Collard Greens
·      Radicchio – tall or round
·      Dandelion Greens
·      Radishes – Watermelon or Daikon
·      Broccoli Raab – this is the leafy type
·      White Turnips
·      Carrots – Red and orange
·      Green Sweet Peppers
·      Cabbage
·      Fennel
