Spring photos and chickens.

There are so many different shapes and sizes of seeds.  Calendula seeds are some of my favorites.

The collard greens harvest in the greenhouse has been spectacular.

Farm view on a beautiful spring day.

Greenhouse #1 on March 1st.  This greenhouse is bursting with greens and overflowing with tomato plants right now.

Chicks at one week old.

chicks at 1.5 weeks old.  The changed so incredibly fast.  The looked so different each day.

Chicks at 2 weeks old.

By 3 weeks they were bursting out of their box and needed to go outside.  Here is their first day on the grass.  It is amazing how their chicken instincts kick in and they know how to scratch and peck.

The cats we so very entertained.  We are happy to report that after 1 month all the chicks are living with all their limbs including their heads.
